Hi! I noticed a few days ago that Ghosts of the Future is almost one year old on the Internet! (It was first submitted here on September 24th, 2007, though I've been working on it longer much than that-- almost as long as Silver's been around).
So, to celebrate, I'd like to do a fan-art contest;
Criteria:
1. Do anything relating to Ghosts of the Future-- seriously, get as crazy as you want.
2. Your fan characters a O.K. If you've got your own Sonic characters you'd rather draw, go right ahead. Just remember to add some GOTF stuff as well.
3. Keep it clean. Try to keep your stuff in the PG-13 area, but if I think something is awesome enough I might wave this rule.
Note: if you've already made some GOTF fanart, just tell me that you want to enter that and it'll count.
Deadline:
October 27th, my Birthday.
Prizes:
1st place: 3-page mini comic (with cover) on whatever the winner wants. Or something else they might want, within reason.
2nd place: Comic book cover, and a full color drawing. Whatever subjects they want.
3rd place:
One full color drawing, whatever you want to see.
If there are lots of outstanding entries, I'll add 4th, 5th, 6th, place, etc.
To Enter:
Once you've finished your art, send me a NOTE entitled "GOTF contest entry -your name here-" with a link to your art enclosed.
And tell me you're planning to enter, too... I'd like to know how much material I should expect to see.
My method of judging is yet to be decided. But you WILL NOT be favored if I regularly talk to you on deviantART. This is a contest of pure skill.
