Shadow Underground Character Design: Manic the Hedgehog.
Believe it or not, Manic is NOT a fancharacter-- if you've watched the show "Sonic Underground" then you'll know that he's Sonic's brother, a crazy-go-nuts drummer, and a kleptomaniac (personally, that's my favorite feature of his personality).
You'll also see that he looks WAAY different than the original model; most notably, I toned down his hair a lot. Seriously, that stuff could traumatize small children. (It scares me, and I'm 15). And if you're wondering, he's wearing his amulet on a chain attached to his belt-- look for the glowy green thing.
So, I hope y'all enjoy!
