Issue 4, Page 3.
The NiGHTS thing is actually going to happen in the saga after this. (EDIT FROM THE FUTURE: Actually, it's not gonna happen at all.) The important thing is the "1001" part. You know, the 1001 Arabian Nights. (Though there are actually only about 200 stories in the collection).
Shadow sleeping? Yes, in this comic he does, along with eating, though a very small amount. (Only about once a month, though at that time he binges). I'll answer any other questions, if somebody has some.
